Explore the latest open houses in the area. Please note that you will not be represented by an agent during these visits. If you would like representation, please contact me before attending.
Open houses are a great way to explore homes, but it is important to understand who represents whom. The agent hosting the open house may represent the seller. That means their responsibility is to protect the seller’s interests—including during conversations about the property, price and potential offers.
Without your own buyer representation agreement, you may be treated as a customer rather than a client. You can receive information and assistance, but you do not yet have an agent committed to advising you, protecting your interests and negotiating on your behalf.
If you are interested in one of these homes, reach out before you visit. I would be happy to explain your representation options or schedule a private showing so you can explore the property with someone working for you.
