Real estate has always been about more than properties to me. It is about people, relationships and the communities we call home. That belief is at the heart of Lake to Lowcountry Real Estate and the way I serve every buyer, seller and investor who places their trust in me.

Over the years, I have built a real estate career grounded in local knowledge, strong communication and the willingness to take on properties and transactions that often require additional research and attention. My experience includes residential homes, waterfront properties, rural acreage, vacant land, manufactured and modular homes, investment properties and other unique real estate opportunities throughout South Carolina.

Earning my broker’s license and opening Lake to Lowcountry Real Estate were important professional milestones for me. Creating my own brokerage gave me the opportunity to build a company around the values that have always guided my work: personal service, honest conversations, practical guidance and genuine care for the people involved. My goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to help each client understand the process and feel confident about the decisions they are making.

My connection to the community extends well beyond real estate. As President of the Bonneau Beach Civic Club, I have had the privilege of working alongside neighbors, volunteers and local leaders to strengthen the community we share. From supporting the Golden Gift project to helping organize community programs and improvements, I believe meaningful change happens when people are willing to step forward, work together and serve.

That same belief in relationships and collaboration led me to help open a local BNI chapter. Building the chapter has allowed me to connect area professionals, encourage local business growth and create a trusted network of people who understand that strong referrals begin with strong relationships.

Family is also an important part of who I am and why I work so hard. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that every real estate decision has a personal story behind it. A home may represent a new beginning, a growing family, a major investment or the closing of one chapter before another begins. I never lose sight of the significance those moments hold for my clients.
